Tokens obtained through collaborations, such as the Refer and Earn Program or Chat Moderation support, can also be exchanged for gift vouchers or cash.

Once your request has been received, our support team will review it within 24-48 hours and contact you to validate your data. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be processed.
